I still can’t believe you’re gone. You were a wonderful friend, a smart man and an oral surgeon who always had another joke up his sleeve. What I’ll miss most is how easily you made Tony and me laugh. We spent every New Years Eve together! I wish we could have had one more. I would even let you tell me a joke I’d already heard.
