A great friend to my wife and I. We have such fond memories us together with him and Judy. He loved to dance and we enjoyed the good times dancing to the music he loved so dearly. He was an avid sports fan and he and I talked many times about football and his love for baseball. He spoke fondly of his childhood years about growing up in New York. He loved his family and was a devoted husband. We will miss him dearly. Rest in peace my friend.

Phil was one in a million. He was the best friend anyone could have. He freely gave of himself to anyone in need, never expecting anything back. He was 100% gentleman to all. I will always remember the fun person he was and was very lucky to have known him.
