Lynne was a recent victim of a fire at the Harmon Shephard Hill Apartments in Plainview NY.
Donations can be made in her honor to the Long Island Red Cross victim’s fund.

OBITUARY

Lynne Marks Citron, life long resident of Long Island, New York,
most recently of Plainview, NY, passed away on February 18, 2024,
surrounded by loved ones. She was seventy-four.
Lynne was the daughter of Hal Marks and enjoyed the
company of her stepmother, Sheila Marks, who helped raise her,
along with her grandmother Anna. Lynne grew up with her siblings,
David and Robert Marks (predeceased), in Bayside, NY.

Lynne is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Goodmark and
Kimberly Citron Lippmann, son in law Colby Lippmann and
grandchildren Benjamin Goodmark, as well as Jonah, Jaxen,
Drew Ellie, Zoey, and Mikeala Lippmann.

Lynne was born in New York and spent most of life on Long Island,
where she raised her daughters, was the perfect homemaker,
loved entertaining, and ultimately brought her appreciation for beauty,
talent, creativity, and building relationships to the creation of a
home furnishings store. Lynne’s most treasured role was that of
being a grandmother, doting on each of her grandkids,
regaining in tales of their latest accomplishments.
She raised her children with Stephen Citron, who she later divorced.

She will be remembered well for her warmth, generosity of spirit,
appreciation for beauty, humour, grace, resilience, and love.
