New Montefiore is but a moment away from our chapel, eliminating long, difficult to follow processions.
Included in the service Star of David provides is interfacing with the cemetery and making all the necessary burial arrangements. There is no need for you to contact the New Montefiore Cemetery directly. When needed, we will secure any permits required by New Montefiore from whichever society that administers the grave to be used."
 The New Montefiore cemetery offices and gates are closed on the first day of all Jewish holidays. On legal holidays, the gates are open, but the office is closed.

Sundays, the cemetery provides bus service for visitors from the Pinelawn station stop to the Administration Building at the cemetery. The bus arrives several minutes after each scheduled train arrival from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m
Driving:
From Brooklyn:
Belt Parkway to the Southern State Parkway, Exit 35, Right- turn onto Wellwood Avenue. Continue north on Wellwood Avenue to the cemetery, on your right side.
From the Bronx or Manhattan:
East on Grand Central Parkway, which turns into the Northern State Parkway. Continue on the Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway. South on the Meadowbrook Parkway to the Southern State Parkway. Go east to Exit 35. Make a right turn onto Wellwood Avenue to the cemetery. Continue north on Wellwood Avenue to the cemetery on your right
From Queens:
Queens Boulevard to the Van Wyck Expressway to Belt Parkway East (turns into Southern State Parkway) Exit 35. Right onto Wellwood Avenue. Continue north on Wellwood Avenue to the cemetery on your right
From Long Island Expressway:
L.I.E. (I-495) eastbound to Exit 49 Amityville, Route 110 South. Follow the service road to 3rd traffic light (Pinelawn Road). Turn right. Continue on Pinelawn Road to the cemetery on your left.
